Great stay, but pricy. Plenty of parking spaces, each room has a little balcony. Everything is new, b bedsheets and towels clean. No slippers, robes provided. Location is right on the edge of the town, but hotel offers free pass for a local bus to take you to the center. Otherwise it’s kind of easy to depart to different scenic spots by car.

Hotel Canoe and Suites provide excellent services, clean rooms with modern amenities, and lovely hot tubs and sauna. The hotel even goes the extra mile with free coffee and tea (coffee filters provided), and bus tickets to get to downtown Banff without fussing over parking space. The staff was professional and accommodated our needs quickly and with ease. More specifically, the hotel is designed to be wonderfully convenient while maintaining its vision. The rooms are large, and each has a porch looking into the beautiful mountains. They achieve this by structuring each level to have cascading porches. Moreover, each wing of the hotel is separated by parking, so it is extremely convenient to move luggage around. Yet, the hotel wings are all connected by a hallway on a single floor. This, plus the attention to detail when it comes to guests comfort, such as having towels and changing rooms next to the hot tubs, makes it a great hotel. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Canoe and Suites hotel for 3 nights and the experience was extraordinary. Everyone we met there was nice and friendly. We had several dinings at the Sudden Sally restaurant and food was delicious!

酒店有溫泉池，沒帶泳衣就沒去泡，不過看到印度人在泡即使帶泳衣也不泡的；酒店停車方便，不過要能看懂地圖；整體還不錯

지난 겨울에 머물렀을때 좋았던 기억이 있어서 이번 여름에 다시 예약을 했는데 조금 실망했어요🥲겨울에 비해 여름은 가격이 3배 정도 비싼데 비해 사람이 많아서인지 방청소가 제대로 되어 있지 않아서 투어를 하고 호텔에 돌아와서 바로 쉴수가 없었어요. 욕실에 사용한 수건이 그대로였고 베드도 정리했는데 머리카락이 있고 해서 비싼 가격대비 성수기란걸 감안해도 ㅅ오래된 호텔도 아닌데 많이 실망스러웠어요. 2박을하고 체크아웃을할때 직원이 숙박이 어땠냐고 묻길래 불편했던 점을 말했더니 75불짜리 조식 바우처를 줘서 사용하고 팁포함해서 20불을 더내고 아침을 먹고 나왔답니다. 앞으로 방청소에 더 신경썼으면좋겠어요!!

母の誕生日と伝えていました。チェックインしてお部屋に入ると可愛いタルトとハガキが♡ ハガキを持っていくとレストランが安くなります◎ とっても喜んでくれました✨ お部屋からの景色も最高です！部屋も広くて使いやすかったです。 1點気になったのは部屋の埃やハウスキーピング後のゴミや髪の毛です。それ以外は完璧でした！とても利便性も良いのでまた泊まりたいです。

房間夠大有餐桌及洗漱台實用且方便，淋浴房很大，陽台可見日照金山。前台checkin時會詳細告知停車及去班夫鎮中心bus安排，並提供咖啡茶及小罐牛奶（可續）。酒店對面有個加油站，正好碰到車胎過低警示，嘗試了自助加壓還挺方便。酒店位於小鎮邊緣，出行還算方便，不想自駕可坐小鎮Bus出行周邊景點。6月價格還是貴了些，中午至晚上，小鎮上遊客已不少，建議儘可能錯峰出行。

非常喜歡這個酒店，在小鎮的邊緣，離小鎮中心有點距離，但一點不愁吃喝，酒店邊上的早餐很好吃，旁邊的酒店正餐很好吃；房間很大很自在，有陽台可以坐在那裡望遠，還給了咖啡粉，手沖咖啡設備齊全，讓迷戀咖啡的我，特別喜歡；唯一缺點就是枕頭太硬不那麼舒服，建議更新一下
